The state budget has allocated SR 454
million to the General Organization for Technical Education and
Vocational Training, to establish six new technical colleges,
according to Mohammad bin Sulaiman Al-Delaan, the Organization's
Governor.
Al-Delaan told the Arabic daily
newspaper, 'al-Watan', that the contract for the Baha Technology
College will be awarded soon and it will cost SR 67.29 million. Four
other technical colleges will also be established in Madinah, Tabuk,
Hail and Najran.
Last Sunday, Al-Delaan signed an
agreement with a national company, for the construction of phase one
of the Jizan Technology College, at a total cost of SR 78,330,547.
