The Ministry of Health has announced the
list of names and nationalities of people who died and who were
injured in the stampede at the Grand Jamarah last Monday.
A statement of the Ministry, which
carried the list, provided the names of 18 people out of a total of 35
who died and were identified until yesterday, noting that there are
still 17 bodies in the process of identification.
The list gave the following names of
people who died in the stampede and were identified:

The statement said a total of 179
people were injured in the stampede. Out of these injured people, 161
people have been discharged from hospitals after their recovery. 'The
remaining 18 are still in hospitals,' it added. The list of names of

The Ministry of Health has updated
the list of names and nationalities of those who died and were injured
in the stampede at the Grand Jamarah last Monday to raise the number
of the identified deceased to 23. The list gave the following names of
people who died in the stampede and were

The ministry said that 18 of the
deceased were buried and the number of the injured still under medical
care is 12. The statement said a total of 179 people were injured in
the stampede. Out of them, 167 people have been discharged from
hospitals. 'The remaining 12 are still in hospitals,' it added.
