On Tuesday, at the Saudi Media Center in London, the Saudi ambassador
to the United Kingdom and Ireland, Dr.Ghazi bin Abdulrahman Al-Gosaibi,
opened an exhibition on “The Beauty of Nature in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia” by the British photographer, Abdulazem Sandris.
The Saudi ambassador and a number of
guests toured the exhibition, which included 30 paintings on the
natural beauty of the Kingdom.
In a statement to the Saudi Press
Agency, Sandris, who had embraced Islam in 1971, said that he chose
different areas in the Kingdom, such as Riyadh, Qassim, Najran, Jazan,
Makkah and Madinah, as the main theme of his paintings to give people
an idea about the beauty of nature in the Kingdom.
'I always love to visit the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia. It is a country of generous hospitality and
security,' he added.
