Partnership with Allion Technologies

9 February 2003- Dubai, United Arab Emirates,
Microsoft Business Solutions today announced a new partnership with Dubai-based
value-added solutions provider Allion Technologies. The strategic alliance will
see Allion implement Microsoft Business Solutions’ Great Plains software for
companies across the Middle East, enabling them to automate critical business
functions like financial management, inventory and order processing, and human
resource management.
The market for ERP solutions for small and medium-sized companies in the Middle
East is expected to witness double-digit growth over the coming year, as more
businesses look to benefit from greater efficiency and sharper competitiveness.
Analysts recognize that the combined strength of Microsoft Business Solutions’
technology and Allion Technologies’ proven understanding of the market will make
a potent combination in this highly-competitive area.
